Ventura

This is a lovely home on the water of the Ventura Keys. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, Cozy fireplace in the living room with large screen TV. Each bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, blender, etc. The linen closet completely equipped with sheets, towels, extra pillows, blankets, etc. The kids have a ball fishing, caching crabs off the back dock. In the garage there are bikes in all sizes, as we are only a short walk or ride to the beach.

Things To Do

Visit Ventura Harbor Village.  "California's sun-kissed, seaside playground."  Shop, dine, sail and relax at this fun, family friendly spot.  Plenty of shops, retaurants, an arcade, boat rentals, paddle board lessons, fishing, whale watching even a comedy club!  How about a harbor cruise?  Relax while sailing around the harbor admiring the beatiuful homes, and maybe find some sea loin friends!  Check our their calendar of events, their Pirate Days Festival is not to be missed.

Ventura is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in California.  Clean,  family-friendly and a surfers paradise.  Harbor Cove Beach, nicknamed Mothers Beach is a perfect spot, hidden from big waves to relax while kids play in the sand.  Rincon Beach is a perfect place to surf, lots of rock and tide pools to explore.

WINE TASTING
SAN BUENAVENTURA MISSION

Come soak up some history, enjoy the beautiful gardens and restored artifacts.  Visit and learn at this "Mission by the Sea."

Tours are given daily at 10:00am, or do a self guided visit, anytime before 5:00pm

DOWNTOWN VENTURA

After visitinng San Buenaventura Mission, stay and explore historic, downtown Ventura.  Unique shops, galleries, spas, boutiques and great restaurants.  Galleries stay open late the first Friday of the month, so you can come in and meet featured artists.  Theres also a farmers market on Saturdays from 8-12

Right in the middle of Californias Central Coast, Ventura has some beautiful winerys to take tours and do some wine tasting at. There is a Ventura County Wine Trail Tour every Saturday and Sunday.  You can pick up a copy of the wine trail at the Ventura Visitor Center.

CHANNEL ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK

Insanely beautiful, is the best way to describe these islands.  The most popular attraction is kayaking through the sea caves.  Hiking, camping, sailing, boating, diving, snorkeling, surfing, and kayaking.  Come play!
